AniFlux respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our platform aggregates metadata from public sources and embeds content from third-party streaming providers. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content on our servers.

How DMCA Works

  1. 1 Rights holder identifies content on AniFlux that infringes their copyright
  2. 2 Rights holder sends a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent
  3. 3 We review the notice for validity and technical requirements
  4. 4 If valid, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  5. 5 We notify the user who posted the content of the removal
  6. 6 If the user submits a counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days

Submit a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please email the following information to [email protected]:

  • •Your physical or electronic signature
  • •Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
  • •Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location
  • •Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • •A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • •A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken, and your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction.
